What is TheArtiCase?

TheArtiCase rents out phone case printers for events. Guests pick a photo and within 2.5 minutes we print it onto a case — in TPU, silicone or hardcase. We come on site anywhere in the Netherlands.

How does the printing work?

You pick your phone model, upload a photo or take a selfie, and the machine prints it directly onto the case using UV ink. The full process takes around 2.5 minutes. You can choose between TPU, silicone or hardcase (PC).

Which phones are supported?

More than 200 models, including iPhone 13 through 16 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S23 through S25 Ultra, Google Pixel, Huawei, Xiaomi and OnePlus.

How good is the print quality?

We print with UV-LED technology. Colours are photo-realistic, the print is scratch resistant and does not fade. The cases themselves are made of sturdy polycarbonate.

Can I use my own photo?

Yes. You can upload your own photo, take a selfie on the spot, or pick one of our templates. Logos and text are also supported.

How long does printing take?

The full process takes around 2.5 minutes: pick your phone, create your design and print. You can choose between several case types: TPU (flexible), silicone (soft) or hardcase (PC).

What does it cost to rent a printer?

Rental starts from €395 per half day. Operator, materials and transport are included. Contact us for a custom quote.

What is included with the rental?

The machine, an operator, cases, ink, setup and teardown, and an agreed number of prints. Extra prints can be added at a surcharge.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 2 weeks ahead. In busy periods (summer, holidays) 4–6 weeks is better. Feel free to call us about last-minute availability.

Do you also travel outside the Randstad?

Yes, we travel anywhere in the Netherlands. Outside the Randstad we charge a small travel fee.

Can I rent the machine without an operator?

The ArtiCase Go can be rented without an operator after a short briefing. The ArtiCase Pro always comes with an operator.

What is the difference between the ArtiCase Pro and Go?

The ArtiCase Pro is a large stand-alone station with touchscreen — perfect for 200+ guests and fixed locations. The ArtiCase Go is compact and flexible, ideal for smaller events and pop-ups. Both deliver the same print quality.

How many cases per hour?

The ArtiCase Pro does up to 40 cases per hour, the ArtiCase Go around 25. Over an 8-hour day you can easily produce 200 to 300 cases.

Does the machine need power?

Yes, a regular power outlet (110-220V). The ArtiCase Pro needs a flat area of roughly 130x90 cm. The ArtiCase Go needs about 85x92 cm. Both machines are heavy and need a fixed spot.

Can the machine be used outdoors?

Only under a cover (tent, canopy). The machines are not waterproof and direct sunlight affects print quality.

Is this suitable for a wedding?

Absolutely. Guests create a case using a wedding photo or selfie — much more fun than a photo booth, and they will actually use it every day afterwards.

Yes, we brand the cases with your logo as background, watermark or design element. We can also customise the machine interface to match your brand.

With the ArtiCase Pro up to 300 cases a day (8 hours), with the ArtiCase Go around 200. For larger events we deploy multiple machines.

We provide transparent cases that fit over an existing case, so everyone can join in.

Yes, children from 8 years old can operate the machine themselves. We offer kid-friendly templates. A popular creative activity.

Yes, over 100 prints you get a lower rate per case. Returning clients also get discounts. Request a quote.

Between €19.95 and €34.95, depending on model and finish. Free shipping over €25.

Is a deposit required?

30% at booking to secure your date. The remainder is invoiced after the event. Webshop orders are paid immediately.
